This. Is. AMAZING.

I absolutely love the emotion and the concept of this as well. I love that the only thing in color here is the yellow of the Caution tapes, it really makes them pop out and it really adds a beautiful, surreal, even, touch. I love how they come to overlap one another, I love how you wrote the letters [was that difficult?], I love the shade, the light. I love how you've got some hair coming through, some tears rolling down the sides, tape wrapped over an ear, tape floating down. Damn, I wish I had Caution tape now

The black background is perfect too, the spit flying [or is it something else?] is great [a neat idea would be to do something like this again but having harsh/slapping words spill out]
I love your lines, the mouth being open, like the man is screaming. It's almost like anger, like disease, like insanity, like desperation -- the list is endless. I really, really love it. You know, this would be a killer DD by the way.
